Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Holly's Housemaids. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Services Offered

Holly's Housemaids provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

- Regular housekeeping

- Deep cleaning

- Move-in/move-out cleaning

- Specialized cleaning services upon request

Booking and Confirmation

- Clients must book services at least 24 hours in advance.

- Bookings are confirmed via email or phone. A confirmation message will detail the scheduled date and time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. However, it is essential to notify Holly's Housemaids if you need to cancel or re arrange your cleaning appointment. 

Cancellation Fee

-If you fail to inform Holly's Housemaids of your cancellation or if you are unable to proceed with the cleaning on the scheduled day without prior notice, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the cleaning service will be charged.

Access to Property

- Clients must ensure that Holly's Housemaids has access to the property during the scheduled cleaning time.

- If access is denied upon arrival, the cancellation fee will apply.

Health and Safety 

- Clients must inform Holly's Housemaids of any potential hazards or special cleaning requirements (e.g., allergies, sensitive surfaces).

- Hollys housemaids reserves the right to refuse service if a situation is deemed unsafe.

Payment Terms

- Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise arranged.

- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

Liability

- Holly's Housemaids is fully insured; however, we are not liable for any loss or damage to property unless it is proven that such loss or damage was due to our negligence.

- Clients are responsible for securing valuables or fragile items prior to our arrival.

Satisfaction Guarantee 

- If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly. 

Amendments to Terms

- Holly's Housemaids reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or on our website.

Governing Law

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
